Typical Schedule

Interim

Each year, Interim Week is one of the most memorable and meaningful parts of the 澳门金沙博彩娱乐平台 experience, and a program unlike what you will find at almost any other high school. Instead of regular classes, students spend a full week learning through hands-on experiences, travel, service, career exploration, outdoor adventure, and creative projects led by our teachers. During Interim, students may spend the week:

Serving in the community through local and regional service projects

Athletics

Student-athletes can choose from 16 different sports and with over 80% of our student body participating in athletics -- there's something for everyone!

Theater

Valley provides a top-quality, Christ-centered theater department for our students while brining a professional level to the community. The department's goal is the keep Christ at the center of it all and provide the students with a creative outlet to bring glory to God through the talents He has given them.

Each year, our drama department puts on a Fall Musical & Spring Drama.

Orientation Camp

Since 1999, one of the time-honored traditions of 澳门金沙博彩娱乐平台 has been Orientation Camp. This amazing opportunity includes taking the entire student body to northern Arizona for 3 days to build relationships, enjoy God's creation and have fun.

Some highlights include: White Flame Games, which is a 'minute to win it" style competition among family groups, the Lip Sync battle, zipline, paintball, climbing wall, and worship led by alumni and teachers. Students experience this within the first weeks of school to build relationships and culture for the entire school year.

Family Groups

Family groups are 10-15 students, from all grade levels that meet throughout the week for academic support, devotion/Bible Study, and Servant Leadership.

Family Groups allow for discipleship to happen with teachers having one group for the whole year in order to be a support and help for each student individually and as a group. During devotions, students are guided through discussion on faith, Scripture, and following Christ together. Family groups also participate in service projects throughout the year.
